Spring Must Be Here

Tax Day has past and it's very much like spring in Bismarck.   In Fargo, we still wonder if it's jacket weather.   However...

The Red River is running out of its banks, the ice is gone, there are people fishing from the banks of the river, runners are out practicing for the Fargo Marathon.   It must be Spring!!
